HEC degree attestationایچ ای سی ڈگری تصدیق
Since May 2026 this is fully online. No office visit, no couriering original degrees, no queue at dawn. Almost every guide still published online describes the system that was replaced.مئی دو ہزار چھبیس سے یہ عمل مکمل آن لائن ہے۔ نہ دفتر جانا، نہ اصل ڈگریاں بھیجنا، نہ صبح سویرے قطار۔ انٹرنیٹ پر موجود تقریباً ہر رہنمائی اب پرانے نظام کی ہے۔

HEC attestation is done online. You create an account on HEC eServices, upload the degree and transcript, pay online, and download an e-attested document.ایچ ای سی کی تصدیق آن لائن ہوتی ہے۔ ای سروسز پر اکاؤنٹ بنائیں، ڈگری اور ٹرانسکرپٹ اپ لوڈ کریں، آن لائن فیس دیں اور ای تصدیق شدہ دستاویز ڈاؤن لوڈ کر لیں۔Your university must have sent your record to HEC. What you need readyکیا کچھ تیار رکھیں
- A clear scan of each degree or transcript — readable, complete, both sides where printed.ہر ڈگری یا ٹرانسکرپٹ کا صاف اسکین — پڑھنے کے قابل، مکمل، دونوں طرف اگر چھپا ہو۔
- Your CNIC — the account is keyed to it.آپ کا شناختی کارڈ — اکاؤنٹ اسی سے منسلک ہوتا ہے۔
- An email address you control — the e-attestation is delivered here.اپنا ای میل — ای تصدیق اسی پر آتی ہے۔
- Your university roll number or registration number — the university needs it to find your record.یونیورسٹی کا رول نمبر یا رجسٹریشن نمبر — یونیورسٹی کو ریکارڈ ڈھونڈنے کے لیے درکار۔

Degree attestation moved to the eServices portal. The older eportal still exists and still accepts registrations, which is exactly why people get stuck: an account on one does not exist on the other.ڈگری تصدیق اب ای سروسز پورٹل پر منتقل ہو چکی ہے۔ پرانا ای پورٹل اب بھی موجود ہے اور رجسٹریشن بھی لیتا ہے، اسی لیے لوگ پھنستے ہیں: ایک پر بنا اکاؤنٹ دوسرے پر نہیں چلتا۔
If you already registered somewhere and nothing is happening, check which portal you are logged into. Registering on the legacy eportal does not create an eServices account, and vice versa. - 2
Create your account and start the applicationاکاؤنٹ بنائیں اور درخواست شروع کریں
Register with your CNIC and email, then choose Degree Attestation. You can do this at any hour, from anywhere, including from outside Pakistan.شناختی کارڈ اور ای میل سے رجسٹر کریں، پھر ڈگری اٹیسٹیشن منتخب کریں۔ یہ کام کسی بھی وقت، کہیں سے بھی، بشمول بیرونِ ملک، کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

Select each document carefully, then payہر دستاویز احتیاط سے منتخب کریں، پھر ادائیگی
The fee is charged per document, not per page. Choose the document type correctly the first time: an incorrect selection is generally not refunded, adjusted or transferred.فیس فی دستاویز ہے، فی صفحہ نہیں۔ پہلی بار ہی درست قسم منتخب کریں: غلط انتخاب عموماً نہ واپس ہوتا ہے، نہ ایڈجسٹ، نہ منتقل۔
Check the amount on HEC’s own site. Third-party guides are quoting figures from the old fee schedule that are several times out of date in both directions. - 4
Wait on the university, not on HECانتظار ایچ ای سی کا نہیں، یونیورسٹی کا ہوتا ہے
HEC scrutinises the application and then the awarding university verifies your academic record. When an application sits for weeks, the hold-up is usually at the university end.ایچ ای سی درخواست جانچتا ہے، پھر ڈگری دینے والی یونیورسٹی آپ کا تعلیمی ریکارڈ تصدیق کرتی ہے۔ درخواست ہفتوں رکی رہے تو تاخیر عموماً یونیورسٹی کی طرف ہوتی ہے۔
Chase the right office. Contact your university’s examination or registrar section and ask whether the HEC verification request has reached them. Ringing HEC about it achieves little. - 5

The result is a digital attestation certificate that can be verified online by whoever you send it to — an employer, an embassy, a foreign university. - Working from an outdated guide.The system changed in May 2026. If a page tells you to visit an HEC regional centre, book an appointment, or post your original degree, it is describing a process that no longer exists.پرانی رہنمائی پر عمل کرنا۔نظام مئی دو ہزار چھبیس میں بدل گیا۔ کوئی صفحہ ایچ ای سی کے علاقائی دفتر جانے، اپائنٹمنٹ لینے یا اصل ڈگری بھیجنے کا کہے تو وہ ختم شدہ طریقہ بتا رہا ہے۔
- Registering on the legacy eportal.Both portals are live and they do not share accounts. - Blaming HEC for the delay.Verification runs through your university. Old institutions, closed campuses and lost records are where applications actually stall.تاخیر کا الزام ایچ ای سی کو دینا۔تصدیق آپ کی یونیورسٹی سے ہوتی ہے۔ پرانے ادارے، بند کیمپس اور گم شدہ ریکارڈ ہی اصل رکاوٹ ہوتے ہیں۔
- A degree from an unrecognised institution.HEC attests degrees from institutions it recognises.
